Influence & Power: The Introvert's Inspiration to Speak

Hi Friends.
Most public speaking coaching is designed for extroverts. It teaches surface-level tricks (posture, eye contact, storytelling) without addressing the deeper issues of internal self-trust, breath, nervous system regulation, and voice connection.
These methods often feel fake, draining, or simply unsustainable for introverts.
Here is my take on the situation:
The only way to speak with real confidence and influence as an introvert is by reconnecting with your breath, your body, and your truth — not by performing someone else’s version of power.
Because I am living this now:
As a lifelong introvert with 25+ years of experience in theatre, casting, coaching, and podcasting — I’ve seen again and again that true presence doesn’t come from pushing louder. It comes from grounding deeper. When introverts learn to speak from their core, everything changes — their voice, their leadership, and their career trajectory.
